Track Order Status

Step 1: Check the confirmation email (order is purchased successfully)

After you are done making the payment, you will receive an email that indicates your order is confirmed.

Then, you need to wait for the shipped email notification from bookshop when status change from processing to ready to pick up from the courier as below.

Step 2 : Copy tracking number from the email

You might scroll down the shipping email to get the tracking number.

Step 3: Place and find tracking

Go to School2U Bookshop and click on the “Track My Order”

Once you click “Track My Order”, paste the tracking number at the column and click the “Track” button.

Step 4 : The final order status

You can check your order status here. The below shows a sample when the order is delivered.
